With over 20 years of experience in telecommunications, data analytics, and technology, Juan has helped organizations across Latin America and the Caribbean improve network performance and user experience through clear, data-driven decision-making.

Juan has collaborated with telecom operators such as Claro, Millicom, and Telefónica; regulators including CRC Colombia and SIGET El Salvador; and key technology partners like Ericsson and Huawei, as well as leading crowdsourced network intelligence companies such as Ookla, supporting revenue growth, regulatory oversight, and improvements in fixed and mobile service quality.

Juan has been featured in regional media and industry publications following his participation in key events across LATAM and has been invited to speak at public and technical forums in collaboration with organizations in the region.

Juan is a husband and father of two daughters. He also serves as a Sunday School teacher and supports the usher ministry at Crossroad Bible Church in Panama, a calling he shares with his wife and that is central to their family life.
